• Non-Binding Intake Submissions: Submission of executive credentials, company metrics, or questionnaires for the Global Founders Club (GFC) or the Expansion Strategy Clinic constitutes a request for review and does not establish a formal consulting contract, fiduciary duty, or guaranteed membership.

• Vetting Discretion: JustRight Global reserves sole discretion over approval, admission, and tier assignment within the Global Founders Club and peer network circles.

• Formal Engagement: Enterprise consulting services, including our 3+3 Execution Model (3-Month Diagnostic to 3-Year Execution), are governed exclusively by separate, executed bilateral consulting agreements and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, JustRight Global and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for the material, frameworks, copy, visuals, and proprietary methodologies hosted on www.justright.global. All rights are reserved.

3. Your submission does not violate any third-party confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, or intellectual property rights.

JustRight Global reserves the right to reject applications or terminate network access if information is found to be misleading, fraudulent, or inaccurate.

4. Network Protection & Confidentiality

In alignment with our Network Protection Policy, JustRight Global maintains curated, parallel networks for Western brand owners and Asian enterprise manufacturers.

While public interactions on this website are non-confidential unless covered by a signed agreement, data submitted via verified intake forms is handled in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared across parallel networks without mutual double opt-in consent.
